TriArc Living is the property management division of TriArc Real Estate Partners, a Houston-based multifamily firm that acquires, renovates, and operates apartment communities across Greater Houston. Because we own the properties we manage, the standard we hold ourselves to isn't set by a management contract. It's set by ownership.

Most property management companies are hired by someone else to run a building. We're different. The people overseeing your home are the same people who bought it, renovated it, and have a financial stake in keeping it well-maintained. That accountability doesn't exist when management and ownership are separate.

In-house maintenance — faster, accountable, no runaround

TriArc Construction is part of the same company. Our maintenance and renovation teams aren't third-party contractors we're waiting on — they answer to the same ownership that manages your lease. When you submit a work order, it goes to a team built for accountability, not passed off to the lowest bidder.

We operate exclusively in Greater Houston and surrounding Texas markets. We know these neighborhoods because we've been investing in them since 2013. We're not a national operator managing your building from a call center in another state. We live and work here too.
