Co-founded by sisters Carrie and Deborah Newsome in 2012 as Kindred Residential, our company began as a third-party management firm, successfully managing over 2,000 units across our portfolio. In 2017, our evolution accelerated when a valued client from our portfolio joined as CEO, bringing strategic expertise in debt and equity for our owner assets. This pivotal partnership united two companies under one vision, strengthening our foundation and propelling our growth into what is now known as TriArc Living, the thriving multifamily leader we are today.
